Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Numa app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Numa team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Numa. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Nature of the Service

Numa provides numerology-based insights, daily forecasts, and personalized profiles for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Important disclaimer: Numerology readings provided by Numa are not scientific, psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. They are not predictions of future events. Numa makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading to your life circumstances.

You agree to use Numa's content at your own discretion and not to make significant life decisions based solely on information provided by the App.

4. Account

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately at support@numanow.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Numa offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases ("IAP") and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes in advance and will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features within the Numa app are the exclusive property of Numa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
