1. Who We Are
Numa is a mobile application developed and operated by the Numa team. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through the App. You can reach us at support@numanow.com.
2. What Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data, including but not limited to:
- Identity data — such as your name and date of birth, used to generate your numerology profile.
- Contact data — such as your email address, used to manage your account and communicate important updates.
- Device data — such as push notification tokens, collected only with your permission and used to deliver daily forecasts.
- Payment data — all purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
- Usage data — anonymized analytics data collected via Firebase (Google LLC) about how you interact with the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
This list reflects our current data practices and may be updated as the App evolves. Any additions will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To calculate and deliver your personalized numerology profile and daily insights
- To manage your account and authenticate your identity
- To send push notifications with your daily forecast (only with your permission)
- To process and verify subscription status through Apple
- To analyze app usage patterns and improve product features
- To respond to your support requests
We process your data based on the performance of our contract with you (providing the app), your consent (push notifications), and our legitimate interest (analytics and security).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

- Apple Inc. — handles all in-app purchases and subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. Ever.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records related to purchases).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — revoke push notification permission at any time in device settings

7. Children's Privacy
Numa is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at support@numanow.com and we will delete that information promptly.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
